PROPOSED EXECUTIVE APARTMENTS FOR DAYKIO PLANTATIONS – PHASE II

The project has 3 no. of apartment blocks, 45 no. of 3 bed-roomed apartment units, boundary wall, a swimming pool and changing rooms, basketball court and a gate house. The project is located in Kilimani area on plot L.R NO. L.r. no.  1/270(1/35/1) along Chania road Nairobi.  Each block has five (5) storey inclusive of a penthouse. Associated civil works undertaken included the storm and sewer works design and a parking for 68 no. of cars.

The total construction cost was Kshs 217.3 million.
