Proposed Nairobi West Hotel Development on LR. No. 37/261/11 – [Currently Summerdale Inn Hotel]

This was a 5 storey Nairobi West Hotel comprising one basement utilized as car parks.

To maintain the architecture of the building with its height, lateral loading design was done considering earthquakes and wind loads. The structure was framed with special walls designed to as shear walls. The unit consisted of a restaurant and accommodation facilities, commercial banking facilities on ground  floor, on street parking, access roads, storm and foul water drainage systems

The project cost was Kshs 208 million
