Proposed Kisii University

MultiScope did the design and documentation of the development in Kisii University College which comprises of, two – four storey hostels, two- three storey laboratories to accommodate Chemistry, Physics and Biology laboratories, two- four storey lecture rooms, a lecture theatre, library, a state of the art six storey ICT centre and a 4 Km access road to bituminous standards.

Access road alignment and building foundation soil investigations, topographical survey, design, detailing, production of working drawings and ‘as built’ drawings, construction supervision and defects liability support services.

The total construction cost is Kshs 2.1 billion.
