PROPOSED BAYHILL COURT [CURRENTLY BAYHILL GARDENS] IN UPPERHILL

The project entails 3 blocks of executive apartments each of 6 storey [including the pent house]. We were involved in site survey, site measurement, excavation of foundation to put up executive apartments, main stores, guest house, swimming pool, road, footpath and parking, general landscaping and associated civil works. MultiScope designed and detailed all these facilities and did construction supervision. The project is complete and in use.

The total construction cost was Kshs 165.1 million.
