Proposed Chuka University Recreation and Business Centre

The proposed recreation and business centre is a four storey modern state of the art high rise building that houses theaters, seminar rooms, restaurants, swimming pool, gyms, jacuzzi as well as a steam baths areas.

Access road alignment and building foundation soil investigations, topographical survey, design, detailing, production of working drawings and ‘as built’ drawings, construction supervision and defects liability support services.

The total construction cost was Kshs 874 million.
