Proposed CIC Phase II

This is a twelve storey reinforced concrete framed structure with two basements located at the CIC headquarters behind CIC Plaza Phase I in Upperhill along Mara road. The building adopts a rectangular form tapering at the last two floors and is composed of 2 cuboid towers rising to 12 floors by a central service core.

MultiScope did structural design and civil works design which included access roads, storm water drainage and foul water drainage system. The building is complete, handed over and is currently being used by the client.

The total construction cost was Kshs 0.844 billion.
