Proposed Doctors Plaza for Nairobi Hospital

This is a development along Argwings Kodhek road opposite Silver Springs Hotel. It is an eight-storey office block with two basement floors for parking on a sloping terrain.

This project comprised of a four storey R.C. framed office block for doctors made of hollow pot floor slabs and IT5 sheets roofing. MultiScope did structural design and civil works design which included access roads, storm water drainage and foul water drainage system.

The total construction cost was Kshs 165 Million.
