Proposed Embankment Plaza

The project is a 15 storey (including 2 basement levels plus a mezzanine floor) commercial building for Embankment Investment Limited, at Upper hill, Nairobi. The scope of work consisted of detailed design of reinforced concrete structural frame, steel design for roof and development of all the working drawings for the 15 storey commercial block.

The total construction cost was Kshs 496 million.
