Proposed Evangelical Lutheran Church Offices On Plot No. Lr 299/5443 Nairobi, Uhuru Highway

This was a proposed five storey reinforced concrete framed building with one basement for car parking.  The structural frame consisted of reinforced concrete columns and masonry infill block work.

The ground floor slab and slab over basement car parking was of beam/slab construction, while for 1st, 2nd 3rd and 4th floors the slab was designed for hollow block construction with concrete topping. The roof structure comprised steel trusses of hollow sections which supported steel purling, timber rafters and battens with concrete tiles covering.

The project cost was Kshs 328 million.
