PROPOSED EXECUTIVE APARTMENTS FOR DAYKIO PLANTATIONS – PHASE III

The project has 3 no. of apartment blocks, 30 no. of 3 bed-roomed apartment units, boundary wall and a gate House. The project is located in Kilimani area along Ole Odume road Nairobi.  Each block has five (5) storeys inclusive of a penthouse. Associated civil works undertaken included the storm and sewer works design and a parking for 46 no. of cars.

The total construction cost was Kshs 182.6 million.
