Proposed ICPAK Complex in Ruaraka

This is a development at Ruaraka next to KCA University along Thika road on Plot LR No 8874/. It is a 11 floors Secretariat Office Block Complex consisting of offices, tuition blocks, studio block, conference Halls and a swimming pool. The project also involved the refurbishment of a residential hostel. The office block has 1 basement floor for parking facilities. MultiScope did structural design and civil works design which included access roads, storm water drainage and foul water drainage system. Hollow pot floor slabs were used to give a flat soffit for an aesthetically appealing look.

The total construction Cost was Kshs 1.1 billion.
