Proposed KESREF (Kenya Sugar Research Foundation ) in Kisumu

The project involved the construction of offices, laboratories, conference centre, health centre, stores, green houses and associated civil works which comprised water supply, sewer reticulation and disposal, footpaths, parking and 1.0 km bitumen access road.

The total construction cost was Kshs 624 million.
