PROPOSED LUXURY APARTMENTS AT LAVINGTON [THOMPSONS GLADE] FOR BRITAK

The project has 3 no. of apartment blocks, 27 no. of 3 bed-roomed apartment units and a DSQ,  boundary wall, a swimming pool and changing rooms, basketball court and a gate house. The project is located in Lavington area on plot L.R NO. 330/538 (330/165/2) along Mbaazi Road Nairobi.  Each block has five (5) storeys inclusive of a penthouse. Associated civil works undertaken included the storm and sewer works design and a parking for 55 no. of cars.

The total construction cost was Kshs 156.2 million.
