Proposed Mayfair Centre in Upperhill

This is a development at the junction of Argwings Kodhek road and Ralph Bunche road near Nairobi Hospital. It is a nine-storey office block with two basement floors for parking on a sloping terrain.

The 9-storey development along Ralph Bunche Road was achieved within the constraint of a narrow and elongated site. The Rectilinear form is divided into two wings of day-lit and sun-shaded office suites by a two lift service core.

MultiScope did structural design and civil works design which included access roads, storm water drainage and foul water drainage system. Hollow pot floor slabs were used to give a flat soffit for an aesthetically appealing look

The total construction cost was Kshs 396 million.
