Proposed Mixed Land Use Development for Meru Greenwood Park

MultiScope did engineering design and construction supervision for civil engineering works as shown hereafter;

Civil designs of access roads, parking, water and sewer reticulation infrastructure, and structural designs of a four (4) storey shopping mall, ten (10) storey office block, and eight storey (8) apartment on a seven (7) acre piece of land.

The total construction cost was Kshs 2.4 billion.
