PROPOSED RONJAL FLATS IN LANG’ATA

The project is located in Lang’ata. It entails 5 storey, 2 blocks of executive 2 bed-roomed apartments. We were involved in site survey, site measurement, excavation of foundation to put up executive apartments, guest house, access road, footpath and parking, general landscaping and associated civil works. MultiScope designed and detailed all these facilities and did construction supervision. The project is complete and in use.

The total construction cost was Kshs 125.4 million.
